Clubria ("Clubria", "we", "us") is the community operations platform at clubria.com. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using Clubria, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Clubria.
Who we are
Clubria is built and run by the team behind AI Builders.club, working out of Amsterdam. The same software runs our own communities every week, which is why these terms describe a working product rather than a plan.
What Clubria is
Clubria is software for running a community: events across cities and channels, members and contacts, teams, volunteers, sponsors and partners, and the messages that hold it all together. You publish once and Clubria keeps the connected channels aligned.
Clubria does not organise your events and does not run your community. Your community sets its own house rules, and those rules sit on top of these terms rather than replacing them.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and not a contract for the service. It means we may contact you about Clubria and about early access. We do not promise a place, a date, a price, or a specific feature, and you can ask us to stop writing at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
What we do with the answers you give the waitlist form is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16.
- Do not share access with someone who is not entitled to it.
What you can see and change depends on your role in a community. An administrator of your community can grant, narrow, or withdraw that access.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clubria to:
- harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone,
- post unlawful content, spam, or content you have no right to share,
- scrape, resell, or bulk-export member data, including for cold outreach,
- send messages to people who never asked to hear from your community,
- attack, probe, or overload the platform or the services it connects to,
- impersonate another person, community, or organisation.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, usually after a warning where the situation allows one.
Your content and your community data
Your community keeps ownership of what it puts into Clubria: events, members, contacts, messages, files, and the history behind them. You give us permission to store, process and display that content so the product can work, for example showing a talk on a public event page or a profile to the rest of the community.
Anything marked public may be visible to anyone on the internet, including search engines. You can edit or remove your content at any time, and you can export your community data so your history is never trapped here.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use one community's data to serve another.
Connected accounts
Clubria connects to services you already use, such as Google Calendar, event platforms like Luma, Meetup and Eventbrite, and messaging channels. Every connection is optional, we ask for the narrowest access that makes the feature work, and you can disconnect at any time.
When Clubria publishes, updates or messages through a connected service, it acts on your instruction and under your account there. That service's own terms continue to apply to you, and a change on their side can limit or break a feature here. What we do with data from a connected account is described in our Privacy Policy.
Events, tickets and payments
Events are organised by the community that lists them, not by us. Where an event is paid or a sponsorship is invoiced, the terms of that specific ticket, invoice or agreement apply, including refunds. We are not responsible for what happens at an event beyond running the platform that lists it.
Where a paid Clubria plan applies, the price, term and notice period are the ones stated when you subscribe.
Availability and changes
Clubria is provided as-is, without warranty. Early access is exactly that: we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and features may change, arrive, or be retired while the product is finding its shape. We give notice of material changes to these terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new date at the top.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost revenue arising from your use of Clubria. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Clubria and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@clubria.com. Ask before you go if you want an export of your community data. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a different forum.
